Which country, so you reckon, has the potential or in the near future, will take over the world?

I believe China easily ranks the highest on this spectrum. At the moment China has meta-control over the U.S. Which means once debt is owed, the communism will prevail and with control over the U.S. That will give China a strategic not only tactical but economical position. China's allies are also some of the most dangerous, one notably North Korea.
Russia has the potential, too with that much land mass who knows what lies there. (I'm talking about the uninhabited areas) also Russia is the roughly the same size as Pluto*
